I cannot wait to get my hands on these Topshop Culottes! I've been debating them for a little while and have decided I have to have them in my life (assuming they suit me, I haven't actually tried them on yet). This is exactly how I plan on wearing them, keeping it simple and minimal - I don't think they need too much to go with them really.
