New In: Stuart Weitzman

So today I was going to do an outfit post, however, if you live in England you will know that it has been raining non-stop for the last couple of days and I have therefore been unable to shoot any outfits. I am trying to do better quality posts and therefore compromising and shooting indoors is not an option. Hopefully the weather will be better at the weekend!

So these are my new Stuart Weitzman 'Nouveau' heels I picked up this week! They are stunning, I love them, enough said. Do you like them? They come in several different colours too!

Goodbye Summer

It's such a shame that summer has come to and end, it's always over so quickly! I will admit I was freezing taking these photos and as you can probably tell it was quite breezy as well! We only managed to get in one shot where my hair wasn't flying unflatteringly all over the place.

I am hoping to get a couple more summery looks in before the cold nights draw in but we shall see what the great British weather decides to do!

Inbetween Seasons

It's started to cool a little these last couple of days, despite the hot weather at the beginning of the week. Am I complaining? Not so much! I've figured faux-leather does not work too well when it's super-hot so I'm excited to get to wear this skirt a little more.

Only a few weeks of summer left, if that, but I must admit, I'm really looking forward to putting together some autumn outfits. Today's outfit is simple and comfortable because it's been quite hot and I've been walking around a lot! So comfort and keeping cool is key today! Hope you like it.

Double Leather

Forget double denim, I've gone for double leather! I picked up this skirt the other day and fell in love with it! When I want to wear it casually, I stick my favourite pair of Supergas with it, a plain tee and I'm good to go!

It's sodding raining again outside (don't like shooting inside!). It's been so sunny lately and I finally go to take pictures outside and now this. Oh well, here's hoping it cheers up later on this week! I also don't know what's going on with my camera today - it clearly isn't in the mood!

It's been quite difficult these last couple of weeks trying to put together things to wear as half my wardrobe is still at Uni! I brought home the essentials; shorts, t-shirts, jeans etc. but am missing those summer pieces that I desperately need to get my hands back on! I shall force myself at some point this week to go up there and get some stuff...

And so this outfit is a result of digging around in some boxes and reaching into the depths of my wardrobe to see what I can rediscover. I had completely forgotten about this blazer, put away because the boyfriend shape went out - but hurray for me, it's back in again! (now all I need are boyfriend jeans...). What do you think of my monochrome look?

White, Studs and Mesh!

Sorry for the absence I'm currently between homes and have a lot going on! I hope you like this dress, I wore it recently but didn't get a chance to shoot it so I've reshot for the blog! I think this hits the white trend and has an 'Alexander Wang' feel to it don't you think? It's super comfy and these heels I could walk miles in! Hope you like!

Black on Black.....on Black!

I have been told that I have a bit of an obsession with blacks, whites and greys. I don't know whether it is because they are easier to wear and style or they're just a favourite of mine - I would probably guess it's a mix of the two. I am currently obsessed with these little leather shorts I picked up from Zara not so long ago; they go with everything and are perfect for the 'leather trend' (especially if you aren't comfortable in a full-on leather outfit!).

It's started raining again in England after such a lovely sunny week previously so it's back to shooting inside (better than nothing right?!). Hopefully the weather will cheer up again next week so we can get some sun!

What do you think of this outfit? It's really comfortable and so perfect for hot summer days!

Supergas Staples!

Ok, so I've jumped another a some-what increasingly prominent bandwagon (there are originals thoughts in there somewhere!). I have bought a pair of Supergas They are a replacement for my slightly battered Converse which are not at all as white as these are currently (give it time...) and are increasingly being chosen over other their American counterparts as a basic summer canvas shoe. Have you got a pair? Have you seen The Blonde Salad's versions? (on my wishlist!). Looking forward to giving these staples a go.
