I really need to smile more, but you know what? It doesn't suit me! Like Victoria Beckham I am happy to remain the girl that looks miserable almost all of the time, but that doesn't mean that I am! I can't tell you how many times I've had people walk past me and told me "smile Love, it's not the end of the world" (on one occasion my sullen face was truly justified and the man who dared speak to me that day got a stern telling off by way of a look). But I can tell you I am certainly not miserable, far from it. It's a bank holiday weekend, the sun is shining, I'm still in high spirits from the start of a new job and I'm finally getting the chance to wear a hat. Could I ask for more this weekend?
