Still Bikini Season

I don't care what the weather's doing now, it's August and thus, still bikini weather! Apparently we're getting another hot spell soon so I cannot wait to wear my new bikini.

I received this black one from Sports Direct recently and absolutely love it! The fit is perfect and very flattering. It's such a shame I couldn't take any photos at the beach but it has just been too cold!

I'm not one for lots of details and frilly bits on my bikinis, so the slight touch of gold at the hips and at the clasps is just enough to glam it up without being over-the-top. One thing I am particularly conscience about when selecting bikinis is to have string ties at the hips as this not only lengthen shorter legs (which I have unfortunately!) but I often find if they don't have these, they are often cut in at the sides and are always uncomfortable because of this. So I was very relieved when I tried this one on that it is cut very well and no awkwardness in sight!
